Our Story
WolfPro Engineering and Land Surveying Inc. is a new name with a unified vision, built on the same trusted foundation. We were formed through the amalgamation of Tryon Land Surveying Ltd. and Tryon Engineering Inc., bringing two established teams together as one high-performance group. Our story is inseparable from the history of Tryon: since 1961, our team has been a fixture in the Peace Region of British Columbia and Alberta, providing the precision and technical reliability that lasting infrastructure demands.
The name and look have evolved, but the core has not — the same people, the same expertise, and the continuity of more than 60 years of professional records behind every project. By bringing surveying and engineering together under one roof, we remove the handoffs between consultants that slow projects down and replace split information with one shared set of data, from early planning to final closeout. We pair that heritage with the mobility and scale to serve major infrastructure and energy clients throughout Western Canada.
The WolfPro Identity
WolfPro reflects the characteristics required to succeed in the engineering and surveying industries: the intelligence to meet complex challenges with strategy, the instinct to work as a pack, and the resilience to thrive in the most demanding project environments.
These are not abstract ideals. They shape how our teams plan, survey, and build every day, in the field and in the office alike, and they are the qualities our clients rely on from the first site visit to final closeout.
01 · Intelligence & Strategy
We approach complex engineering and surveying challenges with calculated precision. Decades of professional records give us a deep data foundation, so our recommendations start from real information rather than assumptions, and every project is planned with the full picture in view.
02 · Collaboration
We work as a pack. By integrating our surveying, testing, and engineering teams under one roof, we remove the handoffs between disciplines and keep everyone working from one shared set of data. The result is fewer gaps, clearer accountability, and a single team responsible for your project’s outcome.
03 · Resilience
We thrive in demanding environments, from remote well sites and access roads to busy urban developments. Our crews are built for tough logistics, long field days, and sub-zero pours, and we engineer infrastructure to endure whatever the climate and terrain demand.
Our Mission & Values
Our mission is to provide integrated engineering and surveying solutions that deliver absolute certainty. By combining decades of historical knowledge with modern technical precision, we help our clients build lasting infrastructure across Western Canada, from concept to completion.
That mission is carried by a clear set of values. They guide every decision we make, in the field and in the office, and they define what our clients, our partners, and the communities we serve can expect from WolfPro.
01 · Integrity
We act as stewards of our clients’ investments and the public’s safety. We navigate regulatory landscapes with honesty and transparency, ensuring every project is compliant, sustainable, and built to last. Compliance is not a box to check; it is the foundation we design on.
02 · Innovation
We focus on efficiency, working to reduce the time between field capture and sealed design. By investing in high-precision technology and streamlined workflows, we turn complex challenges into buildable solutions and help our clients meet their project goals.
03 · Safety
We maintain the highest safety standard, backed by COR certification, so everyone goes home at the end of the day. Every project begins with a hazard assessment, and everyone on a WolfPro site has the unconditional authority to stop work when conditions require it.

04 · Opportunity
Every project leaves an economic footprint, and we work to make ours positive: hiring from within the region first, investing in apprenticeship and training, and prioritizing local and Indigenous-owned suppliers so the spending our work generates strengthens the communities that host it.

05 · Partnership
The Peace Region is not just where we work; it is home — we live, work, play, and raise families in the communities we serve. Every project sits on the traditional territories of the Treaty 8 First Nations and Métis communities of the region, and we engage early and transparently, partner with Indigenous-owned businesses and local contractors, and invest locally to leave those communities stronger than we found them.

Looking Forward
We are building for what comes next. By investing in our people and in the technology that sharpens our precision, we intend to remain one of Western Canada’s most trusted engineering and surveying partners for the next generation of infrastructure, including your project.
